Well my plan to lose it all before the 30th did not happen. But instead of continuing to whine about it and be lazy, I'm recommitting and hope to really make this to this lifestyle. I welcome any and all suggestions and support from all. Please add me as a friend if you would like. Thanks!!

    i start over frequently due 2 health issues so i get that we all stumble but its up 2 u 2 chose not 2 fall!! u can do it ,,,,,, guaranteed!! staying positive is a huge part of it and remeber that everyday is a new day and u deserve the best life possible :)
