I just registered here yesterday and I am loving this site so far! I have hit a plateau wall for the last 2 months, so I decided I needed to start tracking my food again. When I started my weight loss journey last Sept, I just tracked my food myself, but I wanted something different so I wouldn't get bored with it. I lost 50lbs so far and I am looking to lose another 50lbs.

I still go to the gym 5 days a week but nothing was happening...so I hated to admit it but it's my diet that needed changed! I also joined the group yesterday for the 7 week challenge (sexier by Christmas), I am hoping this is the kick in the butt that I needed! Thanks for listening to me ramble. :o)
