I feel like I've been doing really good this week, but I think I'm still under-eating. I've tried treating myself to indulgent little things at the end of the day, but I'm generally just not hungry. :mad: IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!! How can NOT EATING ENOUGH be a PROBLEM?!? :noway:

I know what your going through pixie and if i excersise forget then im like wow i got all these calories what am i going to eat. But ill tell you i never ate breakfast and slowly i started and now i wake up wanting breakfast and that helps bring up the calories. Snacks here and there. Slowly you will want to eat more but im like i have to eat how much and i realized thats why i wasnt loosing not eating enough.

The good news tho is that Ive lost 3" off my waist since i started working out so hard!! So, cant complain too much! :happy:0 -
way to go. How is everyone else doing ? So far week is going ok except yesterday all i wanted to do was eat and eat.. So far today seems better. Plus went for a walk down by the beach so i made up a little bit for yesterday.0
