Employee Self Evaluation Question

At work, we are completing "Self Evaluations".
There are only three catagories: "Fully Meets", "Significantly Exceeds", and "Outstanding"

One of the questions that was asked is :
"Ability to provide leadership as directed by Plant Supervisor."

Really ~ "provide leadership as directed" ~ Your kidding right !!

I'm looking for ideas as to how to creatively answer this Dilbert style question.

    "I can relay information and directives to my colleagues in an upbeat and clear manner (no matter how stupid the directives are) = "Significantly exceeds" (If you had thought of this answer on your own, that would have been "outstanding")
