Time, it does fly.
Got a good butt kicking yesterday in boot camp. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I liked it. It was more like cardio weights. I also went for an hour bike ride. I thought I wasn't going to make it at first, but I eventually got into the groove.
I might just walk today. I'm sore from yesterday, and I don't want to push too hard.

After doing a total of 75 miles last week...I'm taking a day off! I also decided I'm going to be good even though it is the Superbowl today. I had a VERY good night last night (and a headache to remind me) so I'm taking it easy today and finishing up the homework that I need to.

Today is cheat day so I pigged out on Mexican food. I realized today that I hadn't eaten out at a Mexican food place since November! That's probably a record for me! lol
No sweets still. Although I did start chewing gum again. I found myself eating more just because I wanted something sweet, so I am chewing gum to help with that. Cheating? Maybe.
I am sore from working on the bed yesterday. We're going to "finish" putting it together today. I need to do my push ups and sit ups tests but I don't know if I will be able to.
I know I must be doing okay eating wise because I've been starving lately! I also fit into my black dress pants for church this morning.
Alright time to get back to painting. I'll post pictures probably tomorrow.
