I've been doing my Biggest Loser workouts pretty faithfully - low inpact aerobics and strength & sculpt. I did the boot camp for the first time today - YAY!! So, I the boot camp works on different stuff than the strength & sculpt so I want to incorporate both in my week, but am trying to figure out how to do it without overtaxing muscles. So I was thinking l-i aerobics and strength & sculpt on day 1, my new pilates vides (which I haven't checked out yet) on day 2 and h-i aerobics and boot camp on day 3, pilates video day 4 then start over with 1 day off (day 7).

This is pretty ambitious for me and I don't even know if I will be able to do it, but want to give it a try this week and see what happens. My question is does that allow enough recovery in between strength training days?? Both segments of strength training work basically all muscle groups, just indifferent ways. But I don't know what pilates is considered - will that tax my muscles too much? I could do a different aerobics tape on alternating days (Country Line Dancing to Lose Weight  ). Would appreciate any input - thanks in advance!!

From my experience, pilates is actually really challenging, but I'm not sure of the level at which I was performing them. I was actually sore the next day and it was only a pilates/yoga fusion class. I would recommend taking a day off between days 2 and 3. So you'll have two days of work, one day of rest, two days of work, etc. And don't worry about trying to get more than 4 days of that type of exercise in right now--that's really the maximum you should be performing at your training level.
