GNC has developed an interesting way to take your vitamins. A full day's requirements are packed in seperate pouches, and one pouch taken daily. These inclue a multivitamin, bone health, mood support, heart & cholesterol health and digestive support.

Anyone taken these or something quite similar. There are 7 caplets to take with food. Almost a meal in itself. Thanks in advance.

I do my own thing each morning: (1) Omega 3, (1) Multi-vitamin, (1) Calcium supplement and (1) fiber capsule.

It's kind of a pain but I feel like I've got all my bases covered
  • Yeah, good on you, cheermom. I thought it was a pretty good marketing thing for GNC with these mini pacs all good to go. anyway, I bought a 30 day supply of these (i'm doing my part to keep the economy going) and I'll see. As I am 54, there is also that support capsul that my family might also appreciate. thanks for replying.
