Best times to weigh, work out etc????

Weigh yourself before 7 am...better results if its first thing ESPECIALLY if you..umm..poop lol....and work out first thing before you eat..your body burns more fat that way and wakes up faster0

- colthes on/off ?
- if its in the morning after morning rituals?
- etc.
Just be consistent. I usually weight myself in the a.m. right before I get in the shower.
2. Working out when is it best to do that in the morning/afternoon/nights?
- I work 10am till 5 and im up by 8:30 to get ready to leave for work.
Depends on when you are most motivated. I like to start my day at the gym, and I"m a morning person, so 6am is good for me.
3.SNACKS!!! i need to get used to healthy ones any ideas on some good LOW CAL ONES?
Cheese sticks, or trail mix, or an apple.
4. (FOR WOMEN) is it true durning ovulation and period you weigh more???
Yes. Your body retains water so you weigh more.0
