What healthy snacks if everyone having for the Super Bowl today?
I got some nice shrimp for shrimp cocktail, low sugar ketchup with horseradich and lemon for sauce.
I'm making low fat spinach dip with water chestnuts for the crunch, instead of pinenuts.
Um, baked tortilla chips with salsa...the only thing is that I am going to 'bake' some wings. I know they are high in fat, but I'll only have a few.
I also made a HUGE pot of wedding soup minus the meatballs, so hopefully I'll just fill up on that all day.
What is everyone else having?
GO PITTSBURGH, LUV YA BIG BEN!!!

BBQ chicken Pizza
Tortilla Base with grilled chicken, red & green pepper, red onion & 1 tbsp of bbq sauce on bottom w/ fat free cheddar!
I made some guacamole, but that will need to taken in- in moderation (2 tbsp on a tortilla)
Thats all I'm really craving.
If I wern't going to be out of town for the next four days, I would make a batch of wholesome chili!0 -
Apricot Glazed Chicken (an old Weight Watchers recipe)
Slice up chicken breasts (or thighs) into strips
w/ jar or apricot fruit spread, 1-2 Hot chinese Mustard packets, little minced ginger, litte mince garlic, 2 Tablespoons of litle soy sauce...optional: a little bit of finely diced jalapeno
Spread and bake at 350 degrees until done. If you want even lighter...grill the chicken and use about 1/2 the sauce to baste toward the end.
I serve over Whole Wheat Cous Cous from Trader Joe's....My favorite!!0
