I've lost 100 pounds still moving!

So I started using MFP a while back. I've mostly used it to track weight as I was on a medically supervised liquid VLCD. I've decided in the interest of cost and my sanity I'm going to take a break from that for the remainder of the year. My wife has tracked with MFP for about 3 months and lost 25 pounds. I'd just like to keep my hundred and maybe lose a few more before I return to my VLCD program in January.

So hello, everyone. Let me just say eating food and tracking is much better than drinking shakes and never taking a bite!
