So i just started back up here and I've been trying to figure out how much to eat. I LOVE food don't get me wrong, but I have been in this transformation for about 2 years now. Falling on and off the wagon and now I am back on it again and are more determined than ever to lose the weight!
Should I eat my exercise calories. I've been wyselfrking out like 5 to 7 days a week, mainly cardio and yoga, but I have done some strength training througout the week so as to not wear myself out so much. I'm eating pretty well, I've limited my pizza consumption to once a week and even then to a specific amount and non high fat foods like veggies, the worst I would do is olive oil that the veggies are sauteed in. I'm limiting my cheese intake and eating more calories in the morning than at night.
PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE! I'm so lost! :frown:

The general rule is YES eat them. MFP already has a deficit built in and if you eat to little your body will go into starvation mode.0

Most if not all of the answers should be on the following thread, which references a bunch of other threads. Seriously, many of the questions have been answered here and it is a great way to get more information on the right path forward.
Good luck with your weight loss journey. jb

Eat them and try to eat them healthfully. You'll feel better if you eat an extra banana and some almonds as opposed to a bunch of junk food. (But sometimes we all have to indulge .) It really does work.0
