I'm not eating all the superbowl food!!!! Since we're staying home we're not making the snacks and dips! I also ate/drink way to much yesterday (ok...it ended at about 3am) so I'm cutting 200 calories from today to help make up for that (I'm also not feeling well so it's easy)

What are you doing?

    I have to admit that yesterday was a bad day for me as well. I took the kids to McDonalds and I indulged in having two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. It did not even taste good! So today, I am not going to bring myself down. I am going to do what I have been doing all week. Working out two times a day, staying active and eating clean, healthy food. I finally bought some gum to chew also. So, I feel great about today!

    I have to figure out what to have for supper. I have some fish in my freezer I just don't know how im going to make it a healthy way so im going to search and see what i can find. :flowerforyou:

    Fiber One and Soy milk for breakfast, blueberries for snack, veggie whole wheat pizza for lunch, a 30 minute walk with DH, then 20 minutes strength training. Making low fat veggie dip, with fresh veggies and decaf peppermint tea for my own snack in superbowl - no alcohol for me this year - I really am going to be good to myself today and not sabatoge any progress I'm making - :bigsmile: But trust me, I'm no bore! I'm gonna have fuuuunnnnnn:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    Exercise. Little tiny meals throughout the day.
    Spaghetti dinner for Superbowl at my in-laws tonight....controlling my portions :smile: Not going over my calories for the day.

    Not caring about football! :laugh:

    LOL we aren't doing anything special. We're doing laundry and my bf is watching the game. I spent two hours in gym classes today and am eating clean. I took yesterday off because I was super tired and I ate some chocolate hehehe. :bigsmile:

    Thanks for starting this thread. :happy: Today, instead of sitting in my big comfy computer chair. I'm sitting on my big exercise ball to engage my core. I ate a healthy breakfast. And i'm about to go for a walk in the cold with my pedometer. Drank lots of water already. :happy:

    I did the beginner workout on my new Ab Rocket, and then did about 10 minutes of the cardio dance workout before I felt like I was going to pass out...then I went outside to help my brother break up some ice that's still on our driveway...and it gave me a callous, so I must have been working hard enough to burn some calories!

    Plus, no Super Bowl party, so no fatty foods or drinks...so today is going well!
