So I've been taking a break from working out due to injury and eating the same as I was. After 5 days of that finally I got off my plateau and have starting losing again. I dont understand. I planned on going back to my cardio/strength routine as soon as I got my new protein (today) but I have been losing consistently and I don't want to stop. I also planned on upping my calories by eating 1200 and having protein as "eating" exercise calories. Now I'm worried because I don't want to plateau again. Please help!

Your body probably just needed a change. Give it another couple of days and slowly work back into a good workout regime. You have to trick the body sometimes so that it can lose weight. We get used to the same thing and it can make us plateau.0

I can't tell from what you said but it sounds like you may have been eating less than 1200 calories. If so, that's not healthy. At any rate, you need to lower your calories for a while and then take them up and keep that up. The body tends to lose weight when you give it a change. The same holds true with exercise. To get a good understanding of all this, I recommend a wonderful ebook by Tom Ventura (a bodybuilder) called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. It gives you all the information you need to understand the whole thing and put it to work for you.0
