We are having them at my Superbowl party and while I love them, I want to see if I think they are ultimately worth the calories I am going to take in! LOL

It comes out to a lot if you include any breading sauces and how they are cooked ..1 wing is like 47 calories here is a thread I saw on wings http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/main-lowcarb-lobby/259018-fitday-wing-question.html

if I can't find something then I find something similar and go with it! try another restaurant's wings that are similar and it should be close enough!
