how would i log level 1 of the 30 day shred into my exercise list?

  • If you dont have a HRM, I would log it as circuit training. I am on day 2 of level 2 and i generally burn anywhere from 200-250 calories each time. I am 5'7 165#

The website says that it burns about 305 calories an hour for a 154 pund person and that is how much I weigh so i just created an exercise so for 20 mins its about 168 i think.

I log it as circuit training for the amount of minutes I did it. :)

Thank you for posting that thread, I was actually asking myself the same thing.
