Time to lose this weight

Hi my name is Stephanie, I am 26, and I severly need to lose weight. I have tried all the diets in the book and they never worked. Well a month ago I found out why. For the last 5 years I have gained weight steadily and it turns out that for the last 5 years my gullbladder has been working at 15% and apparently my doctor says this is a big reason I have been unable to lose weight. Since having my gullbladder removed I have lost ten pounds without trying. I am recovering still so am unable to work out but I made the move this week toward losing weight and quitting smoking. As soon as my insurance hits me back I am going to start weight watchers and have signed up for this. Once I am recovered I have zumba for the xbox and I have the wii fit I will be working with. I am so excited to lose weight and even more excited to lose it before my wedding in may.

Youve got alot going on. First of all...take the time to recover from your surgery. You'll love this site, just be sure to record every thing you eat. It helps to see it in black and white. When you can work out and combine it with your new diet, you will feel so much better and you'll want to be healthy and hopefully kick that smoking habit. Welcome and congrats on the upcoming wedding.0
