HRM chest strap

So several months ago I had bought a hrm with a chest strap and I used it every day. But then I had to have surgery on my lower back (severely ruptured disc) and that was the last I saw of the strap. I was wondering if there was any way to get another strap without having to buy a new hrm completely? Thank you in advanced guys :D

    depends on the brand, usually can order one seperately tho, check ebay

    Is it a Polar? I am pretty sure you can get the strap for the Polar HRMs separately.

    If it's a polar you can buy them pretty cheap. If you need the little module chip it's a bit more but you can find them for 40-60 dollars.

    eBay or Amazon will definitely have one.

    It's actually the gaiam hrm XD The brand of the strap is an Oregon I believe. I've tried looking for it on the gaiam website and even the Oregon website but couldn't find it lol. But I'll go ahead and try ebay :) Thank you guys :)
