I have a doc appt tomorrow. anxious if I get weighed or not.... I think I will weigh myself in the morning at home so I am more prepared, but just wondering what everyone does afte r a day of indulgence.
thanks!

Ronny, we have all had days when we were over calories for the day.....Just learn from it as tomorrow is another day.......0

Don't lose sleep over it.
Plan better for tomorrow and move forward.
If you can pinpoint a reason WHY - all the better, make a strategy so it doesn't happen again.0 -
Don't obsess, log it in, drink water, get over it and move on. Tomorrow is another day. :flowerforyou:0

I was really depressed this past Sunday and I overate by a lot. There aren't too many unhealthy foods in my apartment, but I managed to eat them, lol!
At the end of the day, I totalled my calories honestly, took a good hard look and told myself, "Do better tomorrow." That's all you can do. That and NOT beat yourself up over it.0 -
Put it behind you! Don't try to go short tomorrow to make up for it. It happens, get back on that horse and ride!0

Personally, when I go over...and if it's not by a ton, I squeeze in an evening workout. But that's just me. Either way, tomorrow is another day. Breathe.0

Sometimes going over isn't a bad thing. When I have been at plateaus before, I had to start varying the number of calories each day to start losing again. Some days were over, some were under, but my calories for the week were correct. It really jump started my progress again. I have decided that when I mess up, I am just going to watch it the rest of the week and keep going.0

Hi just started this but I think if u know u have went over try to balance it with exercise(I say that but don't always do it) also I have went over more days than not(been on for almost a week) but I know I'm not taking in nearly what I was and I'm learning how to be more aware of it. As long as Ur learning and are aware Ur doing great!0

there's nothing to be gained by stressing out and or dwelling on the past. learn from you past (today) and dig in tomorrow and make up for it with hard work and exercise.
We all believe in you, He believes in you. now you need to suck it up and believe in you!!!
I know you can do it.!!0
