Spicy Thai Noodles
Sauce
Combine in fry pan & cook over medium heat for two minutes:
1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup seasame oil
Strain out peppers from oil - reserving oil
Whisk together with the reserved oil:
6 TBSP Honey
6 TBSP Soy Sauce
Boil one package of linguine or Angel hair pasta (can use whole wheat)
Drain and place in a large bowl
Add oil / honey mixture to noodles and toss (there will be extra sauce on the bottom)
Can be served hot or cold - when serving add the following ingred. (or your own) to each serving
- chopped green onion
- chopped peanuts
-grated / shredded carrots
-chopped cilantro
Other suggestions - add cooked chicken, add peanut butter and rice wine vinegar to the sauce
Be careful with the red pepper flakes especially if you don't like food too spicy.

i make something similar to this and it's awesome, but def. watch out for the oils, they are super high in cals and fat (even good ones). i have found that watering it down doesn't change the flavor at all and lets me eat more of it.
Great recipe though, going to try it your way next time0
