Can you believe that the changes we make can affect others. I started my journey 14 months ago, have lost 94 pounds, and have become very active. I changed the way I cook and the foods I buy and bring into our home. I would really like to be a good influence on my family. A couple of weeks ago after telling my husband that I wanted to buy a bicycle and start riding he surprised me by saying "lets get matching bikes and I'll ride with you" I thought this is absolutely wonderful to be making a difference in his health as well as my own. Then today he got a call from our Dr. with his blood test results. Because of his diet, His cholesterol level has come down by 20 points. I am so excited to know that he is getting healthier because of all the changes we have made. And it all started because I went on a diet.....
