Ready Pac Salads from Costco

I bought the ready pac salads from costco called organic ceasar...does the nutrition label include the salad dressing mix or do you have add that separately....the package says 110 calories for 2.5 cups i think...

    I dont know but my close friend got one of those salads from costco and started eating something really crunchy and found that it was a cockroach!!!

    Stuff like that is really tough. If there is no chicken or not a lot of croutons in it i would have to assume that it is accounting for the dressing. Lettuce and a couple of croutons is not 110 calories.

    EWWWWWWWW!!! i hate cockroaches anyways, they always seem to be attracted to my face, and fly or jump towards it, but i would so sue them..LoL i mean costco, not the roaches :laugh: :wink:
