Increase calories during/before menstruation?

My period is a tiny bit late and for someone who is pretty regular I just wonder if its because I dropped my calorie intake over the past month or been exercising more regularly? (Current weight is 54.4kg dropped from about 57kg over 1-2 months) I generally eat about 1100 - 1200 calories and sometimes eat back my exercise calories (I am a night exerciser so I finish 10pm sometmies and don't like to eat after that).
Do you increase your calorie intake during/before mensturation not including just binging/snacking because of hormonal cravings etc?
I would decrease my exercise but I''m doing the last bit of training before my 14km run/walk/jog on Sunday ;o
-Edit- Whoops was answered in another thread ^^: thanks.
