Hi everyone, My name is Anita and today is my first day here.. I actually started my new habits 2 weeks ago and have lost 7 lbs.. Very excited. I still have a lot more to go but I am looking at this as my new way of living and eating...

    I am very excited about the 7 lbs so far... I actually weigh again on Tuesday and am hoping to see some results.. I love the site so far, it's very user friendly......

  • Thanks lulubar for the welcome. Today is my first full day on this site and I love it. Only issue is it's only 2pm and I have less than 200 calories I can eat. I better make a huge salad!! I don't know if I can keep under those calories, but time will tell.
