Does anyone drink this? I've been using it (original flavor, enriched w/ Vit A, D, B12 & calcium) as a milk substitute and wondered if there were any cons to it. It's "safe" for my dairy-allergic son to drink, and it doesn't aggravate my lactose intolerance. It's also lower in calories than Lactaid. It's not straight-up coconut milk or water, either:
Ingredients - filtered water, coconut cream, evaporated can juice, tricalcium phosphate, carrageenan, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavors, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, Vitamin B12 (Cynocobalamine). Contains: Coconut.
Calories 80 (serving size 1 cup, 8fl oz.)
Total Fat 5g
Sodium 140 mg
Total carbs 7g - Sugars 7g
Anyone use it? Any reason why I shouldn't?
