Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 400.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Managed the crunches but cant do proper sit ups. All I will say is OMG my abs are killing me!!!! x0

I already did 400 crunches as part of my normal exercise so... I went ahead and did 50 sit-ups. :laugh: Not easy.0

Haven't done crunches in a while, but I managed 200 crunches and 40 sit-ups before my tummy was hurting too much! Keep the challenges coming! I want to be able to meet them!0
