Holding Back...

I have just had a baby, and have two weeks left before my 6 week post natal, and I can officially exercise!!

The thing is, I havent exercised properly (other than walking the dog!) since leaving school four years ago! I used to be on the netball team, as well as doing gymnastics and trampolining!

I am really nervous about going to a gym on my own as I am quite shy. I would love to try out some team sports again, but again Im too scared to go anywhere new like that on my own!!

Is there anyone else holding back from this sort of thing for the same reasons?!

What I think I need is an exercise buddy in the area to join things with me so that I have the motivation to keep at it!!
