free zumba workout !!

i just found this free zumba workout and thought id share with you all , i tried it and couldnt keep up lol not sure if zumba is for me .... i enjoyed it though i suppose with pratice i would be ok

Thanks! I am going to check these out. My gym offers Zumba on the calendar and I am nervous to try it. I don't mind going to exercise classes alone, but Zumba scares me for some reason. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and am worried that I will injure myself again. Best to start at home lol.

Zumba is fun. I do it at the gym and I love it they are having beginner classes starting tom. I cant wait because there are some moves I need help with.

I LOVE Zumba! I go to classes that are held in the community I live in and it's so much fun! You probably won't "get it" the first time but after a while, you'll catch on to all of the steps. It's so much fun that I don't feel like I'm working out, which is amazing to me. I wore my HRM last week and discovered I'm burning approx 600 calories per hour.
