Welcome aboard and good luck. Do not be upset if your loss is not as high as you expect. There will be many ups and downs throughout your journey, but always keep pushing for the best you can do. Feel free to add me as a friend and supporter if you would like.

Hi! My name is Linda Casella. I joined today and I have been doing First Place for Health with a group of ladies from my church. I have lost 4 lbs so far but hoping by tracking my food from this site and finding some exercises that I can do with my knees that I will lose some more.
  • Welcome! This website is pretty awesome and you will find all the support you need! Just remember we all have our bad weeks just keep on pushing!

I've been dieting for a year already and I had a goal of getting trimmer for a visit to my son in Florida in early summer and then my eldest sons marriage in July. Now those dates have passed my weight has started to creep up again and I've put 11lbs back on since. I am glad I found this site it will motivate me some more I'm sure.

Hurrah, back on track 5lb lost this week, apart from a few chocs and just 2 beers over the last 7 days, I have been good. Next week will probably be zero loss though as 5lb is quite a lot in a week, maybe scales at gym wrong. Anyway I'm basking in the glory till next weigh-in.
