Hi, I started using My Fitness Pal last week, while I was on the HCG diet. During the last month I have lost a total of 22 lbs, and I am on a "break" from the HCG. I am following an Atkins style diet eating only white meats, fish and pork, along with veges. Looking forward to the holidays and then the new year!
I have two small children and want to get healthy for them. I want to be around to see them grow up and to see my grandchildren one day...:smile:

    I am new here myself and trying to learn all about the program and what it offers. I have read about the HCG diet, congratulations on your loss with that, I certainly hope that continues. We can learn the ropes together :)
  • Welcome! MFP is an amazing support system. Add lots of friends, they really help when you need to vent or need a virtual kick in the butt. lol
