Made this in my slow cooker last night. It is SO good. The cheese gets grated on top at the end. I also added a tbs of chopped raw onion.

Serves 9

Per Serving: 272cal 26carb 4fat 34protein 7fiber

Corn frozen 1 cup
Black Beans - 15.5oz Can
Refried Beans Spicy Fat Free, 1 can (1 4/5 cups ea.)
Chunky Salsa Medium 1/4 cup
Chicken Breast Frozen, 24 oz
Cabot - 50% Reduced Fat Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz (28g) (grated on top of soup as garnish)
Campbell's - 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can
White Beans(canned) 1 cup
water 1 cup (or until desired consistancy)
1 or 2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 cup chopped onion (half added in the beginning of cooking and half put on top of soup raw as a garnish)
Salt (very little since cream soup has plenty)
Pepper

Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6.
