veggies (recipe w/ pic!)

HOW DO YOU GRILL VEGGIES ON THE STOVE ? ITS TOO COLD OUTSIDE TO DO IT ON THE GRILL . I WAS EVEN THINKING PUT THEM UNDER THE BROILER ? ANY IDEAS ? PLEASE HELP ME OUT :)

*Btw , heres the recipe ~

(easy , simple & low cal !)

-grilled veggies (any kind)
-Boca burger . (veggie burger found in freezer section)
-any fat free dressing of your choice.

Grill veggies & frozen patty . Put veggies in bowl , with burger cut up into chunks on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a little fat free dressing over top if desired. Enjoy your 150 calorie easy delious meal :)

    you can't grill anything if it's not on a grill. :)

    You can put them in the oven or saute them. They are still very good that way, and healthy.

    I live in the Northeast and it's never too cold to grill so long as you don't mind being in the elements. I've grilled steaks in January :)

    i just bought a cast iron griddle/grill pan, its reversable, i LOVE it, i bought it for this exact reason!!! i love grilling food and meat for him when he wants.

    i've never had a boca burger though, i'll have to try that out!!!

    theres indoor grill pans that are great.. i like my broccoli under the broiler keeps it crunchy

    i use a griddle, you dont have butter or oil it like you do a pan

    You could even use the Green Giant Steamer bags of veggies in the freezer section and just have the steamed veggies instead of grilled. Or just roast them. Spray a pan with cooking spray and spread out your veggies on it and brush with olive oil and roast in the oven at about 375 for about 30-45 minutes.

    Yum that looks good. I would personally just saute them up in a pan.
