and did it work? For two weeks I have been stuck at the same weight although I've been doing well at following the program, drinking my water, exercising everyday. I had picked the setting of losing 2lbs every week which put me at 1200 net cal/day. I was eating these plus my exercise calories which usually put me me between 1400-1500. It was suggested to me to eat more calories so I changed my settings to lose 1 lb/wk and now I am supposed to eat 1440 net cal/day + exercise cal. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced something similar and how it worked for them.

Well I am going to start eating the 1440 cal + exercise cal (setting for losing 1 lb/wk, it is the recommended setting) nstead of the 1200 I've been trying for and see how it goes. The way I look at it is, it's still less than I was eating about a month ago so that's improvement.
