How to get closer to my calories goals without going over on

Hey Everyone,

So I'm having an issue getting up to my calorie goals for the day with out going over on anything else, I made my Diary public so y'all can take a look but I just don't know what to do!

PLEASE HELP!!!

    I would add more fresh Veggies. Carbs have a lot of calories so you may want to track them to see if there are any changes you can make.

    Just hit your calorie goal, don't worry about going over certain macronutrients
