Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 days

Anyone done this DVD for the 30days? IF so what were your results? Can you compare to 30 day shred?

I just bought this and can't wait to do it...just was wondering what peoples results were...

    I own the DVD and I love it. I didn't do it consistently to tell you the exact pounds that I lost, but I toned up within a week. I would do it and then I would suggest doing some extra cardio or yoga to stretch out your muscles. She kicks your butt, even more so than the 30 days shred. You'll love it!

    Done it twice. First time I didnt keep track of my diet and didnt loose much but it kicked my butt pretty bad anyway. Second time I combined level 3 and 4 five times a week for two weeks straight and lost about 4 pounds.
    The biggest difference between Ripped and 30DS is the tempo. The transitions are shorter and the pace is quciker. I prefer Rippedover 30 DS, its way more of a challenge.
