This topic will be for all people who started on Nov. 10 2011 . Today is a trial day to see how it fits into your life, and to get the hang of things.. Please post pics (if you want) why you want to loose weight. What you do to stay active, any additional dieting info, or just my fitness pal etc. Ill post mine below. I'll also start a group for people and include it! Lets motivate eachother! :smile:

    My name is Dre. I live in Washington Dc. work for a health insurance company.

    I sit mostly all day.

    My weight los goal is 100lbs

    Right now im trying this to help with eating the right foods. I am also starting boxing lessons today as well. On the weekends I will try to run about 3 miles. LOL im sure itll be mostly walking!!

    I want to loose about 2lbs a week :ohwell: HOPEFULLY!! Looking forward to hearing from others!!
