Stronger, Better, Faster....Feb 2nd

A new month and time to train for my bike ride. I have only 4 weekends to get ready for this thing - not all the weekends will have nice weather either - so I better get my butt in gear.
I'm still sore from Saturday's class. Just a little. Yesterday, I went for a walk. Today, I have a yoga class in the morning and one in the afternoon - and maybe a walk in-between.
How am I going to get it all done? What really boggles me, is how other people do it - people with full time jobs and kids and such.
