Preferably just water.

only water0

I just add water.... I don't really include the seltzer or sparkling water I consume because by that time I'm way over with the "recommended amount".....as long as I have at least 10 or more cups a day0

I only include the actual plain water I drink.0

Coffee and Tea is ok if it's black...once you add sugar (unless it's truvia/splenda or something) or milk (obviously) it doesn't count as water0 -
My nutritionist advised to only record the water. Coffee, tea and soda don't count, and if I drink some, I'm to drink an equal amount of water.0
