Here is a PHENOMENAL explaination from a good site about plateaus and what causes them. I am far more informed and understand a lot better. There is info on why after we lose a certain amount, we stop and that is most informative and helpful!!

That's interesting!.. I wonder if I should redo my BMR stats to find calories again and when we are meant to do this?
I'm 11st 2 (156lbs) I was gonna redo them when I reached 11st (154lbs) and have been doing them after every 7lbs lost. .. wonder if I should do it more frequently?0 -
possibly. I am not someone that is knowledgable about how this all works, but that helped me understand WHY it happens sometimes. If I were you I would try it, you never know. I have stopped losing after 18 pounds so I dunno.0
