actually she says bbq'd but that doesn't have to mean sauce.... sauce is a whole other catagory!
See?! So confusing! But yes, those who interpreted my meaning about bbq'd meaning grilled are right--like, just cooked on a bbq, no sauce, nuthin'! I would count any sauce or whatever separately (I'm confused enough!!).
But I always weigh my food cooked, so 5 oz cooked plain, no sauce, no oil, naked breast!! LOL! I don't expect it to be exact, but I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly (this is where WW came in very handy...!).0 -
