Does anyone have a Spanish Mackerel Recipe?

Hi everyone! My parent's have been catching a lot of Spanish Mackerel and gave me a few (gutted and scaled). I've never made mackerel before (tend to eat grouper, mahi and swordfish) so I'm not sure how to cook it. I hear the best way to eat mackerel is smoked, but I don't have a smoker. I'd like a low calorie baked recipe or something like that. Do you think my typical recipe of olive oil, lemon, salt, black pepper bay leaves and onions would be okay for this fish? It is whole so it's still got bones, the head, tail and fins.

2 (3 ounce) fillets Spanish mackerel fillets
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon paprika salt and ground black pepper to taste
    4 slices lemon
Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Rub both sides of each mackerel fillet with olive oil and place with the skin side down into the prepared baking dish. Season each fillet with the paprika, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with two lemon slices.
Bake the fillets under the broiler until the fish just begins to flake, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Serve immediately.

Found on Allrecipes.com where I source a lot of my cooking
