So MFP is pretty good at telling you the calories in a mixed drink....
But what I am after is the
*fat
*carbs
*fiber
*protein
Are there any of these nutriants in mixed drinks such as
*white wine
*flavored (apple, pomogranite) martinis
*long island ice tea
Just trying to caculate my WW points. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!!

Try looking it up on the food database instead of putting it directly into your diary. It has some more detailed info. Hope that helps...0

No fat, fiber or protein I'm aware of. Carbs and sugars yes! Now depends on what your mixing the alcohol with will dictate whether there is fat or proteins included. Example; 1.5 oz of vodka is 97 calories. No fat, protein or carbs! Now if you add the vodka to chocolate milk, (bad choice for good vodka) then you need to calculate the chocolate milk for carbs protein etc. Like I said, just an example. Have fun calculating things like Long Island Ice Tea! Hope that helped.0
