Logging Chalean Extreme work outs

any idea how to do them? or do I need to go through and add each exercise?

  • I do TurboFire and Insanity .... I just put the names in and then enter my time and the Calories from my HRM....

    I log them under cardio - I made one for each phase and circuit...for instance, Burn circuit 1, Push circuit 2, etc. That way I always have the number of minutes in there and I can just change the calories burned each time I do it based on my HRM.

    If you've got a HRM monitor then the best way to log is to create your own exercise and enter the calories according to your HRM. If you don't, then log it under the category that seems like the closest fit in the MPF exercise database. Best way to be accruate though is to use a HRM to make sure you're not logging too many or too few calories (in terms of how many you can eat back).
