    Elliptical, just be sure to bump up the resistance or there is no point.

    What resistance level do you recommend? I have it on 7. Is that high enough?

    Depends on the machine. If your heart rate is getting to a good workout level, you are sweating and would have a difficult time reading a magazine or talking on the cell phone, I would say you have it just about right :)

    Oh, and the newer ones have an incline, that will REALLY bump up the burn.

    I firmly believe that a full body rowing machine or elliptical can be the BEST cardio workout, if done properly.

    Leslie Sansone workouts are low impact and still a good workout!
