stopped loosing now i'm gaining what's going on?

I am really bummed out over this I was doing great 3 days a week at the gym on my calories every day and loosing weight I was sick for 3 days but i still covered my calories just didn't exersize now I'm back on track but gaining weight :sad:
:huh: confused anyone out there know what I'm doing wrong?

If you were sick, you were probably dehydrated, and the first thing your body will do would be to suck in tons of excess water. during or after sickness is a bad time to weigh yourself. Give it a few weeks, then try.0 -
Very true about the water! Also, remember if you are going to the gym & using any kind of weight training your going to be gaining muscle so you may want to put that into consideration too.
Hang in there I bet it'll go away by the end of this new week when your body is back to feeling 100% better again.0 -
