4TH WEEK CHALLENGE!!!
This will be the 4th week of challenges for me! Some of you have been here for most of them and others just a few. Either way, I’m glad you like them and keep coming back! I am happy to welcome any new comers as well! I have started getting reports of how much these are helping and I can’t be more excited. I started these just to hold myself accountable and I have been doing a lot better since then, even though not perfect yet. But I was surprised at how good it feels to help others as well. So now I love doing it for both reasons! I don’t plan to stop any time soon. I don’t know what the holidays and all will bring and some of you know that I am dealing with some bad stuff right now, but I should be able to keep posting them (even though I might not be able to do them every day). I have been thinking of what to do for Thanksgiving week to. I want it to be really good.
Last week I took a day off and someone suggested that we make the last day a rest day so that the challenges always start on the same day and I like that idea. Some have said that these keep them in line on the weekends so I like that they start on Fridays. That way it’s fresh and new and you are not bored with it by the time the weekend comes and you skip it. So Thursday will be our rest days. Of course anyone that wants to can do the challenge on Thursday if they like instead of resting but there will be no penalty or bonus either way.
So this challenge will START on Friday, November 11th and run till Thursday, November 17th with Thursday being the rest day. As usual all previous peeps will need to post on THIS thread to let me know if they are gonna continue. The rules are still the same about posting. If you miss 2 days in a row you will be dropped. As long as you get it in by the time I post the following morning you are good. I will give a link to previous challenges at the end here for any newbie that wants to see how it works so I don’t have to post the same things every time 

The Challenge:

1---Eat your calories, including exercise cals (100 cal short is ok if you wanna be safe)
2---Work out video. Any video or you tube workout you have or can get/rent. 20-30 minutes every day! (I just got 2 Biggest Loser dvds from the library!)***
3---Water-12 cups a day (8oz cups)


***If you just can’t get a dvd from the library or a friend or if you don’t have one or can’t find something on you tube then you can substitute this for it:

20 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 20 jump rope jumps, 25 crunches*, 10 pushups, REPEAT 3 MORE TIMES!
No stopping in between…just like 30 day shred, if you have done it before

*You can do different styles of crunches for each set.


So let me know if you are in for this challenge, starting Friday, by commenting “In” below. If you want to track your weight for the week then give me your starting weight then as well. You have until Friday morning to get in on this. And as I said before, any newbie’s can check out the links to other challenges to see how they go by following the links below.

    awsome i'm in, but I hate exercise videos so im doing the jumping jacks, squats, push ups, etc.

    lol ok..let me know how long it takes...I did not try it out. I want it to take about 20 min at least so if it comes up short tell me how many times you have to repeat it to make 20 min.

    That's cool...but it may take more repeats to make it 20 min long. It needs to be that long so just keep repeating till you get 20 min and let me know how many times it took

    Will a work out class at the local gym count instead of a video? Like today, I did a 60 minutes class called Cardio Sculpt.

    ok i just these workouts and it took me 8.25 mins and that is because i took a minute to dance with my son when beyonce came on....so its your call now.

    wow! ok well I totally missed the mark on that! Ok so I think I said to do it 4 times...OH I KNOW, Just do it like that then add a mile walk! That will work!

    OK UPDATE! THE ALTERNATIVE WORK OUT IS WAY TO SHORT! MY BAD! So if you decide to do it instead of the dvd ADD A 1 MILE WALK/JOG! That will work.

    I'm in! I didn't do well the last few days of week 3 - hubby out of town, kiddies needed extra attention :sad:

    I'm definately in! I own a bunch of workout tapes so I'm good with that even tho I been just going to the gym lately but I'll just add it in. Also I like that it starts on friday cause I usually don't get any exercise in on the weekends so this will push me to get moving. My starting weight is 166lbs, I'm having trouble getting these last few pounds off so this is just what I need. Thanks

We will move there for the challenges. If you want in join the group! To those already "in" for this one...try to find the group and join in cause I will move there for all the posting starting Friday. I will move the challenge there and repost it.
