 Yesterday I went on a treadmill for the first time. I let my sister be in charge of the controls and I ended up staying on for 10 minutes switching every few mins between 3km per hour and 7km per hour!! I thought I was going to die and came off trying not to throw up
I went back today (much to my sister surprise) and managed 36 minutes. 20 of them at 3km per hr and the rest at 4km per hour.
This is a massive deal for me, I came of wobbly and dripping with sweat and grinning like a mad woman

Very nice job!! You should feel proud. If you enjoy running why not try out the couch to 5k program. I started it around 275 pounds and I finished awhile ago but now im 220lbs. Running is a blast!0
