So, Katy Perry's music is definitely one my of guilty pleasures that I listen to when I work out. What are some of your guilty pleasure songs/artists included on your exercise playlist?

I'm a Pink girl all the way. Nothing gets me going quite as much.
  • Brtiney and the new JLo.

Otherwise, I'm a lover of all things Enrique and Pitbull!

I've been known to do some heavy squats to "Mmmbop" by Hansen and I'm not afraid to admit it. Okay, maybe a little afraid . . .

Cobra Starship is one of my favorite bands. You best believe I've got "The City Is At War" on my playlist.

Studio Killers - "Ode to the Bouncer" and Clemens "Byen Sover". These two songs are responsible for me being willing to move my body at 5 AM. However, I love to stretch and cool down to INXS "Never Tear Us Apart".

Beyonce. Not only is her music stellar, but if working out will get me a body like hers, I'll work out all day and night! (:

Oh no! yup this one definatly wins
  • As embarrassing as it is to admit Miley Cyrus. Some of her songs just have that jumpy vibe to them that gets my body moving. Also some Kesha and Hollywood Undead.
I like to cool down, stretch to Rascal Flatts and Lifehouse.

I have a little bit of Five Finger Death Punch, Avenge Sevenfold, and some old Metallica
  • Ace of base...can't help it...I start dancing while I'm walking on the treadmill. I listen to almost everything listed here and then some, but I always get picked on for knowing all of the words to all that she wants. :)
