Yes you can. What you're doing is zig zagging calories, which may recommend for weight loss. It makes it so that your body doesn't get used to x # calories everyday and helps break plateaus.0

I do the same thing and I am still loosing about 2lbs per week. However, I also pay close attention to my carbs, fat, and protein grams. I try no to go over the fat grams allowed or any of the other two factors. If I go over one day, I decrease the amount I went over for the following day and do an extra work out. Last night I had a light breakfast and snack and for lunch (late lunch, around 4pm) I went to Wendy's since I was craving a cheeseburger. I ordered a junior cheeseburger and a small order of fries and only had two sips of coke:blushing: . Had a big salad with fat free dressing for dinner and guess what? I was still like 115 cals under! I felt full so I didn't pay too much attention.
Everyone is different and so if this is working for you, there is no reason not to continue doing what you are doing. For instance, I don't eat my excercise calories and this seems to work for me but once it stops working, I will change it up.:happy:0 -
Thanks so much, everyday is just so different for me! Thanks again!0
