but can anyone relate....

I ran a lot yesterday and woke up sore, which I figured would happen. BUT I have this pain on the outside of my leg at the top part of my thigh. Sort of where the "dimple" is when you squeeze your butt muscle (well, I don't have a dimple, but on a skinny person).

Anyone know if that's a pulled muscle? I've never had that before. I ran anyway, but I felt like my leg was going to give out.

    Hip flexor. Common problem for runners. Ice it and you can google hip flexor stretches online. Give it a little rest time and stretch it out.
