Smartphone help!

Hi Guys

I am due an upgrade on my phone contract and can get a smartphone and price plan for less then I am paying now...go figure!

However, I am torn between ......the Blackberyy Torch and........the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S.

Does anyone have these phones? If so what is your experience with them?

    hi i got the blackberry torch 2 days ago. Ive never had a up to date phone before, so cant really compare it too much. However im really not into tech but the torch was amaziling simple to use and understand, Textinh was a bit strange to begin with , But i do rate the torch, good luck with what you decide,

    I have the torch. I wouldn't use any other phone now. Love the keyboard and the multitasking.

    If you want a network that doesn't allow you access to your email for long periods, choose a blackberry!

    Wouldn't that be your network (Verizon, Sprint, etc)?

    I have a BB and it's not the greatest, but I never have a problem accessing my email.
